In April I was improving, then the hamstring tore.
Then Posion Ivy made my ankles swell.
Then my guts started poking out of my belly.
After a promising start, went down hill rather fast.
I have been mostly sitting on my ass this Summer watching TV and eating while I felt sorry for myself.
There are other problems/stress best not talked about here.
I was fortunate and got a surgery date due to cancellation. My guts are now packed back in, and all is kinda healed. My left nut is not happy and pulls when I jog, but overall, I am pleased.
I am up to 175, as I been eating and drinking beer.
The Posion Ivy was in check with predisone but had to give it up for the operation. Two weeks later I hit it again for two weeks and things gt back in hand. After a couple weeks off the meds, it is returning. My ankles are mostly without skin again and look like I have leprosy. My left arm is not cranking up again and so that is improvement. I need to keep off the predisone if I am going to make an attempt to return to foot racing. I have been miserable with this since April and see no relief.
If it becomes more than I can deal with, will see a demotologist next, but I have no confidence in doctors as to this.
I hope to be back at the races by late October. I will need things to go well mentally and physically for that.
