I did my dress rehersal this past Saturday. It went Ok except for the pain part. I was not there to race, just run harder and get a feel for racing again. You can read about it here on a page for listing race experiences:

The price seems to be my right calf is sore and making me limp now. If I can ever get an injury free month, I believe I can improve some.
I'll try another of these rehersal races in April. My mind is softer than even my body. These toughenn it some and also add a little motivation to get out the door and train.
