In December I only missed 3 days, but my mileage was lower than hoped for at 111. I ended up with 716 for the year.
Due to a bad left ham string, half my runs this month were on the treadmill where it is flat and easy.
I had hoped to get in more miles for a base the last two months, but it did not work out.
No matter, for January I must start some actual race training.
For me that will be a few hill repeats to build some leg strength.
The most amazing thing is that I have kept with it since my beginning last April. I think I deserve a bottle of beer.
