I only got in 21 days this month. I only got in 87 miles, had planned on 130. I started out kinda lazy, and then as I got better, the left hamstring went out again. I had to walk home a couple times. I think all these problems on my left side go back to September when I strained my back re-building my boat.
The last 5 days have seen me back on the treadmill where it is flat. I am doing better. I strap up the hamstring before running and then re-strap for the rest of the day to keep compression on it. So far so good.
I expect December to get me back to form.
