OK, 2 days of sitting around eating ice cream is over.
I got on the stationary bike and did 10 miles. I hate that thing.
It will do little to improve my running ability, but maybe it will slow the deterioration of my cardio function.

As my muscle ratios improve for this maybe I can increse resistance and get the heart up a little higher.
At the very least, it made my butt so sore I forgot about the pain in my foot.
