I think the most remarkable thing is that "I have endeavored in this".
June was a combination of road runs and treadmill runs. I tried a 6 mile course a couple times, but am not ready for that yet. Thrre miles of these hills is enough right now.
I am feeling some improvement as now when done, I am not feeling quite as close to death's door.
