Running is fun, but it is hard work. Running challenges the body and the mind. Having friends to share the journey helps a lot as "extra" motivation is needed by us all. It is OK to have more than one club or one group of friends as all support helps us persevere. Join in with RoadKill friends and be part of the motivation. (no spam, no adds, nothing to sell)
