I like to jog on the treadmill with video music clips. Other shows require one to think, but exercise makes my brain muddle, so I like music.
Today I got in a 4 DVD set of the Rolling Stones - "THE BIG BANG". That will keep me going for a few miles.
This morning as I jogged, I just played an old CD I like. I plugged in 'Emerson, Lake & Palmer', and turned it up to a nuclear level. They were musically advanced for their age at the time and quite popular. I doubt few play them now as most no longer remember real rock. They had no "roll", just "rock". They can still put a strain on even a good music system.
